    My email address for facebook is stephanie.wagner@unionky.edu. Actually up until last year, I didn't enjoy the outdoors at all. I was always a book worm growing up & hated being outside. And that had carried over to adulthood. Last year, during warm weather, I was out with the kids constantly & loved it! I actually hiked for the first time last year. We plan to do a lot more this year once it starts warming up -- Kentucky weather is crazy!

    I just wish I could tell a difference in how my clothes are fitting! I'm honestly beginning to believe that stress will put the pounds on you regardless of what you eat & how much you work out.
