Bio
Trilla U was born in Kingston Jamaica August 14 1969, names Eustace adolphus Hamilton. While attending the Spanish Town Secondary School in St. Catherine Jamaica, his interest in music and songwriting along with his amazing talents started to develop and it was there he started to branch out and take his talents to higher levels in the music industry.
His debut LP in 1986 , at the age of 17, reflected his tremendous talents with the No. 1 hit on the United Kingdom Album Charts called Waiting for You , remaining solid at no.1 for eight consecutive weeks. His vibrant first single Juggling surged to no.1 on the Jamaican top 40 charts, spending over five weeks , being followed by other no.1 hits including Young and She Green (featuring Johnny P) and I'll Prove it to You , both represented by Technique Label. While having the privilege of working with labels in Japan such as overheat records Avex Tracks and JVC/Victor Music Incorporated, in association with well known producers from the USA such as Guru from Jazz Matazz, Sly & Robby and Rap artist Krs 1.
By 1989 Trilla U was honored Best New Singer of the Year by the Jammy Annual Awards, leading to exclusive recordings with a variety of producers locally and internationally , such as King Jammy's ..Shizui Ishii, Roy Francis, Philip (fattis) Burrell Donavan German and Steelie and Clevie.
The 90's was a clear success with releases such as Love Rules , Best of Me and On ans On, rising to international reconition touring USA , Canada, Japan ,Caribbean and the UK, with performances along side major artist such as Maxi Priest, Beenie Man , Sizzla and R&B sensations Monica , En Vogue, Big Mountain and Third World .
In 1998 Trilla U exploited the boundaries and collaborated with three other artist/singers
Lukie D, Singing Melody and Tony Curtis forming the LUST group with combined vocal abilities and hitting the charts with a no. 1 hit called Sweetness of Your Love .
Currently Trilla U is working on his new CD titled “Trilla U Constantly”, booked to released mid 2008 along with hits such as 'Luv You',
Dominion, Crazy Thoughts, So Sorry and S.E.X.

To my friends in Japan – You all know that Japan has been dear to my heart since Japan Splash. I came on stage and sang Sayonara Tokyo in Japanese and you all fell in love with me as I had already fallen in love with you!
Japan has been a great place for my group L.U.S.T and the members individually. Trilla practically lived in Japan for years – Tony Curtis and Lukie D are also there regularly. I think last year was the only year that none of us were there. You embraced our Album Sweetness of Your Love released exclusively in Japan (2007) and made it climb the charts even without us there.

Hi Trilla Sorry about your daughter I do hope you and your family are holding up. It's sad to see the way she goes but God have a plan for her in his kingdom. Just remember all the good time you share together and stay strong. It's hard to believe that she is gone because I remember many time when I call she would be there to answer and always say you are not home. I feel your pain and I know she is at peace with God. You will always be my friend and I want you to know we care. Respect and hang in there stay strong for your wife and family.

hi trilla no parents wants to berry their child and we were taught that we should die before them but when God sees a star that can shine bright at night he takes them unfortunate we on earth miss them. No one can take your memory away from you and she will always at some point in your life make you smile just thinking of her. Gone too soon but never forgotton.
