   About Trima
Trima is a spirited attempt by Denver based musician Damon Scott to bring artists from disparate backgrounds together for the sole purpose of creative explorations of popular media. Whether it be music, film, visual art, dance, etc, Scott attempts to unite talented individuals and direct them toward superior and unified artistic achievement--all for the sake of establishing and maintaining friendship and building community. Scott, founder of The Denver Drum Collective, has collaborated with local musicians as diverse as Angie Stevens, The Adam Stern Trio, Lanny Boyer, Tiny Little Monsters, Tito Del Bario Malaga, The Ultra Find, Sensei, Justin Francoeur, The Jon Wirtz Trio, and has held a steady post at Foothills Community Church for the last year and a half. Scott's vision for OK Computer came about when exploring an instrumental version of "Paranoid Android" with his band. He reconnected with the landmark album and quickly acted on an impulse to assemble a band to perform the album in it's entirety. With the assistance of many enthusiastic and extremely talented people, Scott's vision has come to fruition. May 29th, 2008 performance of OK Computer at The Oriental Theater will be the first of many grandiose ideas that Scott has in store for this burgeoning music scene. He hopes to contribute in any small way he can.

YOU AND WHOSE ARMY MASHUP SET - DENVER, CO

A set of radiohead influences, remixes, and tangents. Performed live at the Oriental Theatre in Denver, CO on 5.29.09, along w/ the Trima presentation of "You and Whose Army" an evening of Radiohead's music. I also played keys/samples/live w/ the band recreating two hours worth of Radiohead tunes - note for note and sound for sound. Whew, I'm glad that gig is over! I did a similar gig last year as well.

THIS IS PROBABLY THE LAST DJ ANEMONE SET EVAR! FROM HERE ON OUT ITS THE FUNKY BUS STOP YALL!

download here from mediafire (its easy!):

So I had lesson with Art today. He's doing his own arrangements of all folk music for a solo gig on Sunday. One of the songs is "Reza" (performed solo!)! I didn't realize that it was a Peruvian folk song.

wilson is not impressed...thinks you should have covered 311 since Grassroots is obviously a far superior album than OK Computer.

disclaimer....i haven't actually talked to wilson in some years so *technically* these statements are not factual.
