Trimo Urban Crash

About me:

Trimo Urban Crash is an international competition, the first of its kind organized by Trimo. The purpose of the competition is to challenge tomorrow's architects to bold architectural planning, bring them together through unlimited expression and the creative transformation of the urban environment with the use of the most advanced materials and construction technologies.

At the same time, the competition's mission is to demonstrate the innovative, flexible, simple and efficient features of Trimo products.

The Trimo Urban Crash 2007 competition was opened to all students of the Faculty of Architecture in Ljubljana, Zagreb and Belgrade. All entries were reviewed by an international jury and the best three works – one for each location – as selected by the jury were realized and taken into public use. The overall competition winner, selected from amongst the three realized works, was decided by the international jury and visitors to the official web page.

The winner of Trimo Urban Crash 2007 was Jelena Grujić with her so-called relaxation wall - a kind of divan with the river view. Second place went to Rok Grdiša and his pavillion. Check out the photos in my photo album.
