Father, I come to you today and I put on the armor of God...      ( HELMET OF SALVATION )   Father, I put on the helmet of salvation to guard my mind today. Guard what I think, hear, see and speak. I subject every thought to the lordship of jesus. Help me take every thought captive to make it obediant to Christ. I declare today that I have the mind of Christ according to your word..   

( BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS )     I put on the breastplate of righteousness to guard my heart, my will and my emotions. it is not my righteousness, but the righteousness of Christ through what he did on the cross. Today I am honored to live out of his righteousness that he places within me. Father prot me from reacting to circumstances and people emotionally. let me respond with the soirit of Christ, and not out of my emotions ..
