About me: Self taught Chef Erin Jahi first discovered her passion for raw and living cuisine in the fall of 2006. After being a vegetarian for over six years she was searching for that next level in her personal health journey. Still plagued with a number of health problems such migraine headaches, food allergies, hyperthyroidism, and fatigue she knew it was time for a change. While reading an edition of Chicago’s Conscious Choice Magazine she came across an ad for a documentary film titled “The Breakthrough”. It was a story of a raw vegan family. Not at all familiar with the raw diet she became very intrigued and decided to purchase the documentary. This became the breakthrough in her own life. After being inspired by the spirit and determination of this California family she knew what her calling was. Chef Jahi seeks to heal through the power of raw and living foods.That is why she started Trinity's Green Plate. We do catering, Raw and Living Food demonstrations,Food Prep Classes, Group Detox programs and much more.

Signs of the time are so evident, look at the distant stars, the many galaxies within our galaxy.
