Sounds Like
1950's and beyond acoustic jazz to electric fusion.
Trio O' Four is a group of 4 musicians (sax, drums, guitar, and bass) that specializes in jazz from the 1950s forward. With a book of over 200 tunes we can fit most any occasion. We have performed for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, universities, art exhibits, and more. We are located in the Inland Empire but have driven from Riverside to LA for a good gig. For smaller venues, a duo is available.
What classes will you be teaching at UCR? I think I might have to enroll!
There is a show happening at The Vibe sometime towards the end of October. On the 26th, I believe. But I will double-check and let you know the details. The support is always appreciated!
Perhaps he was taking care of some business in L.A. Or maybe it was a Tony Levin look-alike. And I play quite often. There are several different bands I jam with, plus I've been creating solo tracks using computer software. Anyway, how are things going with you? Are you still giving lessons these days?
I wasn't able to speak with him. We were headed in different directions and by the time I fully realized it was him, we were already pretty far apart. Although, once it hit me, I stuck my head out the window and tried getting his attention, but to no avail.
