Trio St. Germain, a vital and exciting new force on the New York chamber music scene, is driven by its desire to share with audiences the vast array of textures and colors that this unique combination has to offer. They feature newly commissioned works frequently on their programs, specifically championing new works by esteemed composers such as Atli Heimir Sveinnson, Robert Paterson, and Bruce Reiprich. All three members bring a wealth of experience drawing from their varied musical and international backgrounds. The members hail from South Africa, South Korea and Canada. All three are sought after performers appearing with Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, American Modern Ensemble, New York Philomusica, Orchestra of St. Lukes and the New York Philharmonic.
