See the main character is a Cannist [a mutant...lol] who is really a sweet girl. She is an outcast since she isn't as disfigured as the rest. The only "disfigurement" she has are weird skin line patterns that stretch from the sides of her mouth to her ears. she has some similar skin patterns on her neck, wrists and ankles. She really is a sweetheart who is forced to see reality in a sense but it's much more complicated than that. The cool part is that Cannists don't have last names...for example if you were a Cannist your full name would be Beatrice 508. The reason for the number is a bit long to explain but I heart it. lol. and aawwww...if I had a yob I would so lent you moonies. lmfao.
