| General | The metaphysical ( all of it!), quilting, walking/hiking, Tai Chi, Reiki, reading, my classic '69 Mustang, running (up to 5.2 miles Whoo Hoo!...taking a break, knees hurt!),aerobic kickboxing and traveling the US. Reading is also one of my favorite things to do, and I usually have 3 books going at once. I need to get back to work on my book! I also love working out in the yard, antique stores, eating well (I am a Cancer after all),and learning new things. | | Music | I love all kinds of music, but have not been able to appreciate the new hip hop and rap sytles...just not my thing! When I want to wake up I play "This Little Light of Mine" by Bruce Springsteen...if THAT doesn't get you moving............Love anything from the 60's to the 80's...may be more that I just have not heard yet. | | Movies | Anything that is funny, I hate girly girl tearjerkers!I also like historical films.Of course anything on the metaphysical is fair game too. | | Television | I only watch House, Paranormal State, CSI (Las Vegas where I once lived) and Ghost Hunters on a regular basis. I would rather have a book or some fabric in my hands!Also City Confidential (I actually know people who were the subject of one!), and anything historic. | | Books | I love to read Stephen King, and anything that is quality on the metaphysical. I also love to read Deepak Chopra, Ted Andrews, and others. I am also into history, and mysteries set in the UK.Then there is my collection of quilting books...... | | Heroes | My grandma , for raising me to be strong and independent. My Mom for giving me the strength and knowledge to always strive for fairness for all , seeing everyone as a person, and for making me finish college! Also for not putting up with fakes, liars, wanna bes...telling people to find their path...and to know that we have rights yes, but more importantly we have responsibilities!!My friend Sandy for encouranging me to quit my day job and be a "real" psychic, and Gregory and Cynthia for giving me a start in Evansville! Karen, for teaching me Tai Chi and the wonder of Reiki. Kim for being brave enough to creep around cemataries with me at night.Julie Barter for being another tough gal with a soft heart! |

About me:

I am a serious student of the metaphysical and the positive power of the universe.I am persuing a Masters of Metaphysics Degree and hopefully will also earn my Doctorate. I strive to learn and to teach others not only of the possibilities, but the success we all can have. I ask my students to expand their awareness and live in light and love with positive energy.I was a church kid when younger and now realize, and have for many years, that the organization, the building, the trappings aren't what it is ,and it is all the same....long talk for some other day.
I have edited a New Age book, and I am currently writing one myself.I do readings on line and in person, conduct groups, and teach.
I believe in Universal Law (basically we get back what we put out there). I have been known to creep around in cemetaries after dark to get pictures and EVPs, or to coach folks through emotional times. A strange way of using my BA in psych I suppose.
I love to read, experience and play in the metaphysical everyday.I am not some kind of OUT THERE person though, I just feel that I have some insider info ;-) If you met me and didn't know what I do for a living, you would think me a normal person...lol
I play with my teenagers when they are in town...and LAUGH! Laughter is sooo important to me!I play Tai Chi at least 3 times a week.
I love doing Reiki and really believe that it comes from a higher power. I have seen it do amazing things. I am a certified reiki Master using the Usui Method. I have seen amazing things happen with reiki , and love the warmth and energy it brings!

Who I'd like to meet:
First of all...no one that sends me email like...Hey Sexy...Hey gorgeous...What an angel...Maybe others fall for that , I do not, and that is not why I am here.
I would like to meet anyone who is interested in the metaphysical, esoteric, or psychic world, drop me a line! If not, hope that you don't mind my strange but beautiful way of lookin' at the world. I have a nice bunch of "metaphysical" friends, and hope to add to my list of friends here in Indiana. I work 7 days a week, but I don't consider it work. If you have a positive attitude, are fun loving and honest, email me. I am not expecting the Universe to drop a Mr. Wonderful in my lap, but hey ,you never know! I'm not looking, but am open to whatever the Universe sends my way...there is a higher power and it sure DOES know what it is doing!
