Trippin' Candies was formed in 2004 as a simple band, bursting into conception at a semi-greasy green colour table at Bukit Timah. Teh-Ice and Prata greatly fuelled our desire for playing our favourite music, and writing our own as well.
Since 2004, We've played in various gigs at club venues and in the streets, supporting such events as OrchardJam! and Tapestry. We dream of making as much sweet music as possible, and even with certain members waiting for impending conscription, we're still gonna be making our music la!

After 3 years of playing music together, Trippin' Candies have decided to go our separate ways to concentrate on our own projects in life. For a start, Declan Candy is now the frontman for his new band, KEGS (do support them!!!) ; John Candy is working on his solo album, Despology, Terence Candy will be donning the red beret and as for me and Ruixin Candy, we'll be focusing on our respective careers.
I'd like you guys to know that this is not a decision we have entered into lightly and what we're doing is the best for Trippin' Candies. Finally you should all know that we will remain good friends and that I can genuinely see us working together again. What we have done has been too special to just throw away.
