Blurbs

About me:

A slave to the grind stone, forty hours a week, just like everyone else -- I'm the guy who fixes your PDA problems. PDA = Personal Data Assistant; the keyword here being assistant. So no, your Blackberries, iPhones, Windows Mobile devices & Google devices do not replace your computer. They are only companions to your computer. Ask me sometime about the woman who ran her entire business from her Blackberry without any sort of synchronization backup.. and wound up locking herself out of her device due to a forgotten security code. You know what happens when you enter a wrong security code into a Blackberry more than ten times. It magically wipes the device's hard drive. Doh! Yes, but even funnier, she demanded restitution by threatening to sue her wireless network service provider.. for screwing up her entire business. Yeah.. so has anyone noticed an alarming parallel between phones getting smarter and their users getting dumber? Heh.

So enough of that. When I'm not at work, I'm at work on The TriQuetra dot Net, which is a lot more fun, has more backup, and fewer lock-outs or system crashes than the average PDA in the hands of not-so-bright users.

I love to create fiction, and currently write for a few of the stories running on the site, as well as maintain several character blogs. I've also written a few news type blogs, two of which were more or less, rude & humorous commentaries. The last one -- TQ Community News -- is by far, a safer read. Heh.

Who I'd like to meet:

Other writers, role players, and graphic artists looking for a great chat-based site to call home.

We do accept play-by-forum-post stories to The TriQuetra dot Net, so long as they're maintained and have a following of dedicated writers who are more comfortable with that particular setup than the chat room.

As for me, I tend to favor the more instant gratification of the chat room, and the live-stage feel of writing in the moment. Kind of like the difference between performing on a set that is pre-taped for television series, and performing before a live audience in a theater.

Ever just latch onto something amusing, and find it hard to let go of it? Here's my latest, favorite thing:
    Photobucket

    No, really!
  • Television

    - Makes good white noise to fall asleep by at bedtime.

Alright, I let my friend talk me into tuning in to Criss Angel's Mindfreak on A&E. She allowed him to levitate her through the tv set. I didn't levitate, though. I just drank some more beer, instead.

Joyride Euphoria -- she's the one who built that amazing site. For me! Heh.

She's also been my writing partner of several years now, and a constant mainstay in a virtual world where everyone else seems to lose interest and wander off after a week or so.

Sorta like Old Yeller. No, wait.. that's Yellerstone. You know, with the geiser? Old Faithful? Heh. She knows I love her!
