Come join Chef Jenn as she explores the incredible flavors of the Caribbean. This two part series will explore the bold flavors of the Caribbean.
Part 1 -The first 4 weeks of this class will present you with all of the amazing flavors the Caribbean has to offer, will amazing recipes like

· Coconut Pie
· Roasted Chicken with Ham and Almond Stuffing
Part 2-While the second 4 weeks of this class will explore the low calorie bold flavored dishes of the Caribbean. Recipes include
· Jerk Pork Tenderloin
· Stewed Chayote Squash
· Black Beans and Brown Rice
· Cuban Flank Steak
Chef Jenn will teach you what it takes to make, and eat, some really tasty dishes. This hands-on cooking class will showcase the cuisines of Jamaica, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and much more. Basics Hands on Cooking for Beginners- specializing in Beef and Chicken- February 5 and 12
Are you lacking confidence in the kitchen? Do all the choices in the grocery store make your head spin? These 2 week courses will give you what it takes to prepare simple and tasty dishes. Come join Chef Jenn, Certified Culinary Nutritionist and Caterer, as she teaches you how to cook easy and taste, delicious meals. This class offers hands on experience with a professional chef, to guide you through culinary basic.
Week 1 -“Chicken” -including Herb Roasted Chicken; Chicken Stuffed with Mozzarella, Tomatoes and Basil; Chicken Piccata with Lemon White Wine Sauce, and Vanilla Citrus Spanish Custard.
Week 2-“Beef”- including Cuban Flank Steak, Sheppard’s pie, Pan Seared New York Strip, and Vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce.
