Books
Anything from John Ringo who is My literary god. I'm really getting into some Travis S. Taylor. most of David Weber's stuff ( I have read Armageddon Inheritance more than twenty times!) Eric Flint's got a number of books on my shelf. but I'm willing to bet i have more David Drake books than any man alive (besides Mr. drake himself), excepting some of his fantasy works (not his fault Robert Jordan killed my fantasy bone and defiled its grave). however comedic fantasy tickles me so lots of Robert Asprin (I'm a phule for Myth!). The Starfist series is spectacular. Douglas Adams (long dark tea time of the soul is my favorite). Keith Laumer, all the Bolo books (especially book two) Mark L. Van Name made a huge impression with his first book. Dave berry for his collections. The Stainless Steel Rat series by Harry Harrison. perhaps one of the greatest books ever written "John dies at the end" by David Wong. "Armor" by John steakley spoke to me like few thing in this world have. dale brown (that's D-A-L-E not Dan)fatal terrain shall always remain in my top five favorites. i'm not ashamed to admit i got quite teary at the end of the incredible Dies The Fire trilogy by S.M.Sterling. "Enders Game" changed me more than I'll ever admit( or did I just now?)and "treason" was amazing both from Orson Scott Card. the puppet masters from Robert Heinline was the first real novel I ever read, I grabbed every book of his i could find and from six to eighth grade that was all the sci-fi I thought existed. jerry pournell's inferno is easily in my top ten. Dave Freer for rats and bats. Tom Kratmon. The Perry bible fellowship (LOOK IT UP). There are days that I would have gone insane without pearls before swine to make me laugh. Sluggy Freelance the webcomic written and drawn by Pete Abrams deserves to be stored in the Smithsonian as a national treasure, needing to be preserved towards the enjoyment of all man kind. their are so many more I'd hate to not name them but these are just the ones that readily come to mind.
Heroes
Phil Ken Sebben, The man with no name Zapp Brannigan ,Charlie bass (starfist), Jame Retief, Adele Mundy, Hogg, Tovera, Daniel Leary, Dexter Morgan, Mike Harmon(Ghost),Felix (armor),Robert Goren(L&O:CI), and perhaps the greatest heroes ever Torg and Riff (Sluggy Freelance).

Who I'd like to meet: The Kids In The Hall
John Ringo
My favorite writer/op-ed author. Though I must admit David Wong wrote "John Dies at the End", (JDatE) My favorite book.
and maybe the best ever written. though mister Ringo is the complete package super sense of humor, humble, honorable, veteran, and can take criticism like a champ. hell he seems to take criticism of his works better than I do! i just wish things didn't keep me from going to my first con and meeting him, dragon con doesn't seem the place for a con virgin. maybe that mil-sci-fi con in Chicago.....
Mark Hamil. Not even for Star wars, how about Colonel Christopher Blair? How about the best Joker ever? and hell yeah you better believe I want to shake the hand of Max Reed from The Guyver (1991 film).
hi hun i hope you are fine.
I haven't heard of you for a long time so I just stopped by to show you some love.
I hope you'll have a good independence day!
