I Wrote and produce this song called "Keep Going". It was recorded in my home in Brooklyn, NY. I can't express how much passion I try to put into my music. It just something I love doing. Enjoy!
Some say dreams are as real as you make them. Born and raised in the suburban, rock band and acoustic based city in Frederick, Maryland, Nexx discovered his love for music at the age of seven. He listened to everything from Minnie Ripperton to Biggie Smalls to U.F.O. It wasn't until the age of twelve, while tapping on the keys of his Casio keyboard, that his interest in making beats was discovered. At 22, Producer/ Artist/ Songwriter/ Engineer, Tristan Dixon, also known as Nexx, knew he had too much talent to be trapped in the city of lost hope, so he decided to chase his musical dream in the Big Apple. Frederick, MD was limited to the lack of urbanized music in his area. After relocating to "the city that never sleeps", New York City, many lessons were learned and never ending memmories were captured. Now 24, Nexx is more focused then ever to make a career out of something he loves. The gift of seeing colors in music allows for Nexx to bring out true emotions in the beats that he creates. His creativity process is absolutely powerful to those that have seen him in action.
