Who we are: The Tri-State Bulldogs, the 1997 UFL Champions and the 2002 Champions of the Empire Football League. We have made some major changes since the 2006 season which began by moving to a new stadium and advancing to the nationally recognized North American Football League in 2007.
As part of the move to the NAFL we have made significant changes in our coaching staff and are also excited to call the newly completed St. Lawrence Sports Center in Hillburn, NY our home.
The 2008 season will bring even more changes as a reorganization of management, increased staff, additional
coaches and players with the Emphasis on COMMITMENT !!!!
Where we are: Our home field is located on Torne Valley Road near Rt. 17 in Hillburn, NY, Rockland County, exit 15A off the New York Thruway, just 5 minutes north of the NY/NJ border.
Our Facilities: Our home field, the St. Lawrence Sports Center, is a new state-of-the-art facility including a community center with an indoor track, raquet ball and basketball courts, aerobics room, locker rooms /showers and media center. There is also a 60 yard indoor turf practice Bubble, and turf game field.
The NAFL: The North American Football League is the largest football minor league in the United States. The NAFL's motto is "FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME" Over 100 teams in regional divisions compete from July to September for the right to play in the NAFL Championship during the month of November in Las Vegas, NV .
Our Season: Our Pre-season camp opens in April to prepare for our season opener on the weekend of July 14. All games are on Saturday evenings at 7:30 pm. Practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursday nights. The regular season concludes on September 22nd with playoff games scheduled 1 week later.
