General Festival Information and Regulations
Accessibility - All building and areas as well as certain toilets are wheelchair-accessible. If you have any special needs or questions regarding accessibility, please e-mail us prior to the festival... All efforts to accommodate everyone, no matter their needs will be made.
Bring - Folding chairs (we prefer beach style - height 6 inches), blankets, sunscreen, bug spray and rain gear (just in..case).
Clothing - The event is being held on public grounds this year, so clothing must be worn at ALL times. Sorry ladies! You must..keep the shirts on.
Coordinators - All festival coordinators will be clearly visible with specially marked clothing... Feel free to approach them with questions, comments or concerns.
Deadly Weapons, Dangerous Ordnance or Firearms - ..It is..illegal to carry a firearm, deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance anywhere on the premises of the Maple Ridge Lodge - Mt. Airy. during the setup, the event or the cleanup for the TriStateWomonFest... Unless authorized by law, no person shall knowingly possess, have under the person's control, convey or attempt to convey a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance onto the premise of the Maple Ridge Lodge - Mt. Airy.
Fires - For safety reasons, NO fires are permitted.
Food - There will be meat selections from the Concession stand. Hot food and cold non-alcoholic beverages..will be available from 1 pm - 8 pm (unless..sold out at an earlier time). You are welcome to bring your own cooler of food... No glass containers are permitted.
Glass - For safety reasons, and per park regulations, NO glass containers of any kind are permitted on the event grounds.
Kids -..Ages 5 and under are free. All children must be attended at ALL times by a parent or a guardian.
Litter - Please..keep your festival enjoyment area clean..by utilizing all recycle, trash and cigarette containers available throughout the event grounds... Thank you!
Overnight Stay - This is a one day only event,..overnight camping or RV'ing is NOT..allowed on event grounds.
Pets - No pets except for one service animal (guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability) per person... Absolutely No pets will otherwise be allowed on event grounds.
Raffle -.. We will have great prizes to win. You can purchase your tickets at the Info booth.
Rain - Rain or shine, the festival will go on. There is no rain date.
Recycle - We will have designated recycling containers, Please help us and the earth by..using them. Put all other litter in the trash cans and cigarette butts in their own designated containers.
Souvenirs -..TSWF 2007 Tees and tank tops will be available for purchase at the Information booth..... You may also purchase souvenirs..from your favorite band(s)..as well.
