Tritone Musicians will contact country radio stations on behalf of your single for the purpose of radio airplay. We attempt to contact them by phone and/or email on a weekly basis. We cannot guarantee any given level of airplay, chart action, or record sales.
RADIO PROMOTION: We offer promotion to 3 different radio panels: the Music Row Breakout Chart, R&R Indicator, and CDX Select Secondary Non-Reporters. Each service is available separately, or together with others.
WEEKLY TRACKING REPORTS will be emailed every Friday for sixteen weeks. Weekly Tracking Reports will be mailed and/or emailed every Friday. This report is confidential. Please let us know in advance who you would like to be copied on the reports.
LIFE OF RECORD: The average life of the record is between twelve and sixteen weeks. After sixteen weeks, if the record is still moving up in the charts and has an increase in spins, we will continue our promotion for up to four more weeks at no extra cost.
WHEN THE RECORD PEAKS: Every record eventually peaks nationally in spins and chart position. It is a part of our commitment to radio to let programmers know when that happens.
Price Outline:
$2500.00 per service, however, we break our fees down into 4 easy payments. We charge $1300.00 upfront as a start up fee per service and then $600 per month per service, usually 3 months. For Record Promotion we will continue with the 4th month being free IF the single continues to receive adds. We do not hold you to contracts since we work on a month to month basis.
Tritone also offers Publicity and Tour Press.

Tritone knows the key to selling a product to a wholesaler, distributor or other retail outlet is getting the product first heard on radio. The problem most independent labels and new artists run into is not being able to get the music exposed to the public, or by getting it played over the radio stations. One of the most important things an artist or label must understand is, all radio stations do not play new product, and will not until it has made the national charts. We must ask at this point "how does the product get to the charts if we cannot get it played?"
The most common way music is charted is by selecting certain radio stations and servicing them with a copy of your product. We select all of the product that we work on very carefully. The better the product, the better the chance we will have in helping you, and your product get noticed.
The product must be tracked and personal communications must be made with the music and or program directors at these stations. We pride ourselves in the one on one relationships that we have established with Music Directors. In our effort to succeed and to get your recording added to the playlist of these stations, we must present them with expert and professional marketing techniques. When your product is added, you will know, because we track its progress. We in turn, supply you with a copy of a tracking report, which will show the records progress. As we proceed with this process, we are able to obtain more and more airplay for your product. You may, at this time, also notice that the product is beginning to sell copies.

Tritone does not follow the path of Music Row. We believe that good music is good music, regardless of chart history. We promote for genres including Country, Rock, Folk and Alternative to name a few.
