I am a percussionist, educator and producer living in Brattleboro, Vermont. My professional musical highlights include releasing an instructional video with Carl Fisher Publishing, The Quick Guide to Playing Doumbec, and performing with Arabic violinist George Lammam. I am an artist endorser for Cooperman Drums, great frame drums made right here in Vermont.

From 2001 to 2006, I was with the world music collective Euphony Groove, and currently I am working with two projects, 35th Parallel: percussion, strings and horns, and a new group called Trio Maritsa, featuring clarinet and accordian.

In 2000, I founded a studio and performance space in Brattleboro called The Loft. This is currently the home base for the Kindle Farm School Music and Arts program and the home for The Loft Youth Percussion Ensemble, I am the co-director for both groups.

In addition, at The Loft i have produced concerts for many touring artists such as Glen Velez, Layne Redmond, John Bergamo and the Hands On'Semble, The Wayfaring Strangers, El Arte Flamenco, The Mammals, The New Orleans Klesmer Allstars, Subash Chandran, Ganesh Kumar, Steve Gorn, Ganesh Anandan, Patrick Graham and more...
