Overcoming the statistics was a chore of its own especially within her own home... abandonment as an infant, abuse as a teen, dreaded divorce, mother of miscarriage, even up to surviving suicide...
This young woman wasn't only sharing rosters with Cindy Crawford and rubbing elbows with John Travolta, she was gracing stages and platforms internationally and was personally invited to share in Calcutta, India with Mother Teresa's nuns. She aided in opening the "Home of Hope" in Sri Lanka beside WorldROC for the abandoned children.
She's traded the catwalk for the mic. The pictures for the pen. She gave up the spotlight for changing statistics. Now it's all being given back to her... after she finally found her voice through “Falling Down.”
