I am hugely into personal development.I love to eat out, going to cinema. I am a big music fan. One of my main passions is Producing music and DJing.I collect reaggae music cd's. I am a big fan of Dennis Brown and Al Campbell. I have a huge passion for uk four four garage too.(its a bit like house music) My fav artist are tuff jam (Karl Tuff Enuff Brown), Dem 2, Todd "The God" Edwards, Dj Soulotion, and DJ Ski etc.People who know me also know that I. I was djing in all londons night clubs but bodybuilding and late nights do not mix!! I'm a big Football (soccer) fan and love watching my team Arsenal play.

Reggae music which was sort of pasted down to me by my father who is from jamaica and was a reggae DJ in Lonon in the 70's ( I love all types of reggae, lovers rock, studio one,and any thing from the channel one record label)I am also a huge fan of uk four, four garge, My fav artist is Karl Enuff Brown, his music gives me chills. I love hip hop from 1992-1996. Fav hip hop band of all time has to be Pete Rock and Cl Smooth. Big fan of slow jams too when i'm in the mood! My posing routines are normaly done to slow jams like shawn Ray, one of my heros. Music is a big part of my life and will always be one of my passions.

About me:
I am 30 years of age and I'm from England South East London.I was born in Hackney east London. I am of mixed parentage. My father David is from Jamacia and mother Ann Brown (my the good lord rest her soul,I love you mum sleep tight!) is Irish. She is from dublin. I am a proud father (my son is 13 years old and I love him so much. I've been competing in bodybuilding shows for 6 years.I received my IFBB Pro-card at the British Championships in 2006 winning the heavy weight and overall. My pro debut was the 2007 Montreal Pro show where I placed 15th. My second pro show was the Santasussanna Grand Prix in Spain where I placed in the top 6 (see photos).This year I have competed once so far which was the Ironman in LA and the Europa pro in August 2008.I am now based in Canada.Check out my web site www.bigtroybrown.com.
