CHALLENGER was formed many years ago, but acquired shape in the second half of 2004, when DaNail, Stormalong and Falon met for the first time to play their songs. Quickly an EP 'Against The Fate' was recorded in the middle of 2005 and some gigs followed, with fellow band SORCERER. Currently the band is preparing some new material and hopefully an LP.
We're looking for a label to release both "Against The Fate" and the soon-to-be-recorded LP!
Hey, thanks so much for your add. I cannot express my gratitude for your interest in Swordbearer and of course, all of the support you could give this epic folk metal project. Hope you find my songs interesting and enjoyable, I would always be interested in hearing what you think of them so feel free to leave comments whenever you please. And also, should you get the opportunity, please watch my video for "They Came By Wind and Sail" I made it myself with the help of a few friends, and I would be very interested in hearing what you think of it as well. I know it may not be perfect (there's still alot of flaws which always piss me off every time i see it!) but hopefully you will find it epic and entertaining nonetheless.
