I'm a fan of the Anne of Green Gables series and I like alot of Nicholas Sparks work.. But I havent been able to read a book in months... Not since my grandma was in ICU in the hospital and I was at her bedside for a week without the kids...Heroes
The everyday heroes in this world like the guy that pulls over to change your flat tire, or the woman that pops a quarter in the mechanical toy at walmart for the kid that wants to ride, and all of the nurses, police, firefighters, military and teachers that dont get paid enough to do the jobs they do. Also friends and neighbors that go out of their way to make a traumatic experience and horrible day better by just bringing you a bottle of water and a roll of quarters... :) But I think above all the BIGGEST heroes in this world are the single mom's that struggle to raise their children without the fathers in the picture... I am trying to be one of them but in my eyes I will never measure up to some that I know...
