Donny Darko, indy stuff, Batman Begins, American Beauty, The Matrix Tril., The Man Wihtout a Face, Fight Club, Schindler's List, Akeelah and the Bee, and Moulin Rouge. In general, I enjoy movies that make you think.
Television
Frasier, Top Chef, Grey's Anatomy, Lost, Sex and the City (my guilty pleasure), Family Guy, HGTV, Project Runway, and Food Network, but I'd rather drive around and listen to music any day.
Books
The End of the Affair, 1984, Critique of Philosophy and Religion, Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Book, Brave New World, Socrates Cafe, We, Tao Te Ching, Angels and Demons, PABLO NERUDA :), Leaves of Grass.....yet again...the list goes on for miles. When I am 50, I want my house to be floor to ceiling bookcases with a wealth of knowledge that I have acquired in a life time.
About me: CLICK HERE TO GET A PRE-MADE MYSPACE LAYOUT
I am 25. I grew up in Aledo, Texas and after residing in Lubbock for four and a half years, I am back in Fort Worth. I expect the best from myself and others around me. I am genuine and honest. I care deeply about enjoying life and people. I love being generous. It is the depth of life not the width that is most important. I hope that my life is a useful endeavor. I am passionate about knowledge of self, others, and life experiences. I believe that I can learn something from every individual. "The unexamined life is not worth living," is one of my life's mottos. I enjoy movies, books, and music that change me. I believe that life is constantly evolving and changing and learning to accept that change is one of the most difficult life lessons. I love challenges and thought-provoking anything. I believe in virtue and believing in something. I like taking walks, the best coffee and wine, and animals. I want to ride in the car with the windows down, music blaring, and be joyful with a friend singing at the top of our lungs. My favorite sound is that of children laughing. I have high standardss. I love good smelling cologne and doing things that make me feel more alive. I am a Christian, and I pursue God with fervor. That's me.

Who I'd like to meet: Who can love me like a Nat King Cole song? Drink me like a glass of fine merlot? Wrap me in kisses and sweat and ecstasy? Love me more than himself? Is there a person who tastes like knowledge? Who I would want in a bottle of wine with a cup that never became empty? Who has questions in his eyes and passion in his fingertips? Who loves like a raging storm and could fall into my arms like a child? Who never grows weary of a challenge and is as humble as a doe? Who dances in the abyss and cradles me from the dark? Who smells like the rain and speaks like the sunset? Who can find complexity in a blade of grass and simplicity in God? Whose soul is music? Whose home is a library that smells of love?
Oh my goodness... You came up in my news feed thingy and I just looked at your music section on your profile and you have great taste!! I rarely find someone who likes the same stuff as me like Rogue Wave, Band of Horses, My Morning Jacket, etc, it got me excited, lol! I also love that song "Time To Pretend" on your playlist... Do you like Vampire Weekend? I just discovered them not long ago. Some of their stuff is a bit weird, but some is also really good.
