i practice and teach dancing star qigong, a meditation and energy cultivation style that i have developed, integrating ancient qigong forms, sacred geometry, energetic anatomy, t'zol'kin, DNA structure, quantum physics, zen, and shamanism. its purpose is to allow practicioners to expand and ultimately break through the bubble of who or what they think they are, activating healing and awareness at all levels of being. in other words, liberation from the illusion and unity with all. i teach this style at all levels- intro students focus on learning the postures, breathing technique, basic energetic anatomy, and how to sense the movement of qi; intermediate students begin to move qi within several layers of their energy bodies and visualize their energy field; advanced students perfect their practice and learn the underlying metaphysical sciences. intensive workshops, and teacher certification programs are also available for the wide-awake multidimensional traveler...
