The four piece band The Small Print hail from the sleepy seaside town of Bude and are exploding on the local music scene. Their first EP single has been described as 'near perfect'.
The four 18 year old school friends Will Mieville-Hawkins, Nathan Copelin and Darren Piper have been likened to Joy Division back in the early days.
The Smiths, Joy Division, White Lies among others have influenced the band who have succeeded in creating a unique guitar heavy style in which they describe as 'New wave dance noise'.
Formed in April 2007 largely by accident the boys have lept forward at a ferocious pace fullfilling a busy schedule gigging in Exeter, Plymouth, Barnstable and Penzance. During this time they have built a strong fan base in the South West.

hello fools. shall we scrub it off our little gig list then!? DAMN KIDS! When I was there age.... How are things with you anyway? We're pretty busy not doing a lot at the moment. Trying to get loads of new stuff written - hopefully we will play for/with you and you can hear/see it! We're doing our own thing in July, really short on local gigs though so shall we try and work together on some local venues? Anytime from around July 8/9th to 18th ish. The Skiving Scholar in Plymouth, it said it on your calender... There was a poster at the venue saying you were on too, but you weren't there! I kept thinking I made a mistake so I checked the poster and then came home and it deffo said it on your calender. What happened there?!
