I love Rock/Punk bands with female singers.
My favorite American bands are: KoRn, Zombie, Static-X, Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ministry, Nirvana, OpIvy and a bunch of 80's new wave bands and indie punk bands. Not bubblegum punk that you hear in malls and on mtv, good punk that is still punk. Mainstream Punk is a total oxymoron, moron... This is all amongst others that is...

| | Movies | I don't like shit movies, you know, most of the crap that Hollywood shoves down our throats. I love Drama. Suspense, and perverse twisted esoteric mind candy especially the gritty grainy frantic types. More than that I really enjoy bubbly Japanese Pop-Culture movies or live-action anime remakes like Cutie Honey, Nana, Kamikaze Girls, Love.com, Honey and Clover, etc...
I love Sci-Fi (b scifi is great!) I also like directorial opus', but not the ones the critics claim as such, lol. Hitchcock and Serling amaze me. Adam Sandler for Comedies all the way followed closely by the Marx Bros. I like all of the originals of all of these remakes that are cropping up. Currently my favorite types of movies are brilliantly colorful ones.

Yes, I'm a tool... I'm 29 and play Pokemon... They're cute and deadly, how can you not love that?
I'm a happy person. This isn't one of those "If I say I'm happy then I will be" types of statements. I really genuinely am. Sure I've got things in my life that suck, but being miserable is a waste of what little time we have here under our current consciousness. I actually have a really hard time being around unhappy people.
Give me video games, a Wacom Tablet, anime, manga, Japanese movies with cute girls and their pretty voices, some fruit, lollipops, twizzlers, Japanese Music, Industrial Music, Downtempo Techno, 8-bit music, plants and animals and I am pretty damned content.
I have a lust for art and pretty things to look at. I am a very very visual person. I observe. Everything. This world is art. We're surrounded by it. Stop and enjoy it sometime. You'll be pleased.
I adore beauty that has a tinge of evil to it. That's in addition to really cute things too. I love brightly colored clothing and unique, individual style.
I love the female form. Women are beautiful beautiful creatures. They are works of art.
I love animals very much. I don't trust people who don't like animals.
I accept the fact that I have minimal control, and that my will has so far to go to become free.
I have an innate understanding of people. Within a short time I can assess a person and know exactly who they are and how they will act... Most of the time anyway. It's kind of sick. Please don't take this as arrogance. It's merely something I've come to understand about myself. The funny thing is that I love when I am wrong. I like when people surprise me. Sometimes though I let them think they've surprised me. Letting people think they have control over you is a wonderful way to manipulate them :P
If I compliment you, you deserve it in my opinion. I don't lie to people just to flatter them. I only lie to people when I have nothing better to say to them ;)
I have conflicting political views. I love my country but have no confidence in my government as it stands right now. It was a wonderful system but it's been gutted and corrupted.
I don't talk politics or religion with anyone other than my lovely girlfriend (because she is smart enough to speak on the subject and to see both sides and defend her opinion while not offending anyone else's) and 2 other people.
I abhor organized religion but I recognize it's a necessity amongst humanity. While I disagree with it; I respect others decisions to worship in their own way.
I RESPECT people. It's a dying trait, but I maintain it anyway. All I ask for is reciprocation. I should say that I respect people who deserve it. Most people I come across, while I will be polite and helpful, most people don't deserve it. This culture has descended in to arrogant greed and most people are too dumb or self absorbed to know it. The sad thing is I really love people. I suppose my anger is really a misrepresented portrayal of sadness. We're all sick.
I guess one of the most important things to know about me is my passion for Japan. It's a big part of my life. I can't explain why pr when it started. It annoys people sometimes, but tough on them. It's a beautiful country, with beautiful people, music, art, and culture. I'm working on legitimizing that aspect of my life by learning the language and history.
It's nice that I have someone who shares in certain aspects of that and understands my involvement. I'd love to make friends who have the same obsession!
