I first heard about Twilight when I was a senior in high school. The book was everywhere! A ton of people from my Creative Writing class were reading it when my curiosity peaked. I asked them what it was about and they explained, "It's like a vampire love story, but more than that." I was immediately turned off (please don't kill me), I was definitely not interested in another vampire novel because I considered most a little cheesy. However, after Eclipse was released, my best friend Alex started gushing over how awesome this book series she had started reading was. When I heard it was Twilight I started thinking that I should at least try it out so that Sunday night back in January of '08, I fell in LOVE with the books. By that Wednesday afternoon I was done with Eclipse and craving for more! I got online to research the series when I found Stephenie Meyer's site. I read everything on it and was happy to see that the fourth installment, Breaking Dawn, would be released in the fall and that an adaptation of the first book was going to be made into a film! Eventually, I found the TwilightMoms forum and became an avid lurker (I was too young to join), but then after awhile I noticed a posting for a sister site; TwilightTEENS. The rest is history; I joined TT and quickly found some great friends to discuss my new obsession and from there TTR was born.

I found out about Twilight I think somewhere last fall. A friend of mine kept blabbing about a book that was called "Twilight", so I asked him what it was about. And he told me that is was a great story and that it was my genre to read. So I looked if I could get it here. But I couldn't. So I asked my friend -W and she told me she had a copy of the book "Twilight" and that she would send it to me. And she did. I read it and well I got addicted to it. So I orderd the other ones "New Moon" and "Eclipse" [lucky that it just came out xD]
Anyways, that is how I found out about the most addicting drug that there is <3
And I'm an "Edward-is-totally-hot-FAN!" he just has the X factor for me. I can't describe what he has, even though Edward is played by our own hunk Rpattz. He makes Edward real for me.
Okay enough blabbing about Twilight although that is all I do xD
I met Heather and Caroline on the forum Twilightteens. [The link for the forum is just above so go there and click on it and you can check it out. I know you want to ^^] but I met them there. And we came together and here we are. We are TTR <3

Hi my name is Caroline, and I'm a junior in high school. I discovered Twilight last winter, after many of my friends had read it. I was a little apprehensive at first because vampires just did not seem interesting, but after reading the first chapter I was hooked. I read all three books in less then a week, and became an obsessed fan. Since becoming a fan I have had the great chance of meeting some of the cast (and get bitten by Emmett). I am very excited to become a TTR and get everyone the latest Twilight scoop!!

Hey, this is Valerie but you can call me Val! :] I first found out about Twilight back in, I believe, October of 2007. A friend of mine in my band class was reading the book and tried to get everyone in that class to read it. So I went up to her and asked her what it was about. She told me and I thought to myself, “Vampires? How about not.” About a week later she had more people reading the book
and my curiousity level went up. So later that day, I secretly went to Borders to buy the book and read it that night. A few days later, I was done with Twilight and ready to move on to the next book. Sadly I didn’t have it so I went up to the same friend who first told me about it. She lent me New Moon and told me, “I KNEW YOU WOULD LOVE IT!!”
Then from there on my obsession grew. Now all her and I do are talk about the series :] After months of searching for more information on the books, looking through sites such as TM and the Lexicon, I felt the need to talk to more people about this. So back in April, searching TM, I found a link to TwilightTeens. From there I’m assuming you can figure out the rest!
