About me:

This is Thrill The World Ft. Lauderdale. I am organizing a Thrill The World Event. What is "Thrill The World" you ask? It is an annual worldwide simultaneous dance of Michael Jackson's “Thriller.” We will be trying to get into the Guinness Book of World Records. Last year, Thrill the World set a new world record with the Record Holders Republic, with 4,179 people from 10 nations simultaneously performing the Thriller dance. This year, Ft. Lauderdale will be joining in of the fun. So, get your best zombie clothes and let's start dancing! The date is October 24th, 2009 at 8:30 p.m. location is to be announced. Our event is now all ages now so tell everyone you know about us! If you are interested in joining our event, send me a message with your e-mail address so I can put you on our list. Thanks! Rehearsal Dates & Times September 27th 3pm-5pm October 11th 3pm-5pm October 18th 3pm-5pm Each rehearsal will be held at Pro Am Dance Studio (thanks!!) which is located at 118 E. Mcnab Rd Directions: 95 to Cypress Creek Road and go East Go Left on 18th Street Make a Right into the plaza at 711 You will see Pro Am by the bank There will be one more rehearsal when our Michael Jackson impersonator (Omar) gets into town. It will most likely be the day before or the day of the show. More info to come on that. We are asking that everyone shows up to at least ONE rehearsal. You will also need to practice at home.
