This time as a tribute to the King of Pop.
This Fall, Attend classes at the Mid-County Family YMCA! Both members and non-members are invited to participate in these fun all-ages THRILLER lessons.
Mark your Calendar…
MONDAY CLASSES will take place on Monday nights:
9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19
from 7:30-8:30 pm.
THURSDAY CLASSES will take place on Thursday mornings:
9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22
from 10:00-11:00 am.
We will also have an all day training/dance party on October 24th starting at 10:00 am.
What is “Thrill the World”?
On October 24th 2009, zombie dancers around the world will simultaneously dance the THRILLER dance in an attempt to break a World record. The central time zone (St. Louis) will dance at exactly 7:30pm on Saturday, October 24th. The Mid-County YMCA is the official location for the St. Louis “Thrill the World” event!
Join us at the Mid-County Family YMCA on Monday nights and learn the dance step-by-step in preparation for the October 24th “Thrill the World” event! Bring the whole family!

We’ll see you there! The cost for Thrill the World St. Louis this year is $20. This fee includes all the lessons you wish to attend, plus your t-shirt and practice CD!

Help end global warming! Did you know that if we all turned our cars off while waiting at stoplights or in drive thru lines, a whole lot of co2 can be spared from being emitted into the atmosphere? The Japanese do it, thanks to volunteers who remind drivers at red lights, and emissions were reduced...
