A crazed scuba diver practices dance moves above London - at the latest since this video and the accompanying track "Straight Ahead" featuring Chrissie Hynde (The Pretenders) Tube & Berger have made themselves a name in the dance business. Instead of lying low and resting on the laurels of their success across Europe now, they're touring - and spending every free moment at the studios. "In addition to Tube & Berger some projects with other artists are also in the pipeline at the moment. The legendary Afrika Islaam joined T&B in their studio and they released Buttonpusher on Alphabet City. They produced two tracks for Sonique’s Album “On Kosmo” and Ante Perry’s Der Urknall (Systematic), Human You (Moonbootique) or Beach Power (Moonbootique) were co-produced by T&B and these tracks are must haves in almost every DJ case.
They remixed the German cult bands 2Raumwohnung and Deichkind, they officially reworked classics like “Hold On Tight” by Lambda or “Calling Earth” by Yves De Ruyter and they had their hands on Lützenkirchen‘s mega hit “3 Tage Wach”. In fact there is an ever growing list of remixes the guys made. To mention all of them would be just too crazy ;-)
Seeing Tube & Berger live is a perfect opportunity to escape from the average Saturday night dj set. They combine a live act with djing, they play never heard self made bootlegs and the freshest club tunes. With good support by several names in the business, one can easily see the direction this is heading - it just keeps going 'Straight Ahead' for the two guys from Germany.
