Please feel free to make your own shirts/stickers/badges. It saves us money, it saves you money, it stimulates an active state of consumerism within the self and will make you feel ever more appreciative of that shirt you spent 6 hours on designing and printing.
We make our own shirts/comics/posters et cetera, and we're having a right old knees up in the process, yet this is for our own pleasure and for people who may not feel the need or want, OR, possibly have the spare time to pursue creativity in the shape of a logo for a band.
