Tuckshop Community Radio aims to bring you the listener the very best in the unsigned and unknown music out there in the world. Although we probably will only bring a tiny sample of what is available. We hope to entertain and broaden the tastes of our listeners and help spread the word of all those awesome artists out there.
From what initially started out as a bit of fun in the spring of 2007, we've somehow managed to become friends with not only some pretty cool people but also, stumble across some pretty amazing music which has gone on to entertain our regular weird little fan base, who tune in without fail every week from all over the world!
As the listeners have grown so have our ideas and we have now started the "Tuckshop Living Room Sessions" where we visit the living rooms of our favourite artists and record a show with live performances.
We are also in the process of getting our group of talented friends to submit mixes for us which are available for you guys to listen to. We have decided to call this the "Tuckshop bedroom sessions" as the chances are it was recorded in a sweaty bedroom somewhere.
Tuckshop Community Radio is probably pretty much the definition of Lo-fi, expect plenty of mumblings and the odd technical glitch!!, but don't let this put you off as it sort of adds to our charm!!
Prepare to be entertained beyond your wildest dreams!!!!!

The Bedroom sessions is our lesser known sibling. We are calling on all of our dj friends to provide us with wonderful mixes from a variety of music. We've already enlisted the talents of Shoreditch super kid "We're not cool". V-neck madmen "Jersey Royal" and a whole list of others.
We are now involved with a monthly night at The Social, down in the fine city of London. It's 100% FREE so why not come down. To find out more just click on the poster.
