I don't know why I did that... Uhh, hello. I'm Alex A.K.A. Tufty. I've got long blonde hair, a short goatee and a phat 'tache. I look like a metalhead, a pirate, a biker or jesus depending on my mood. I got the nickname Tufty the Squirrel because when I was growing my hair, it was at the point when it was long enough to look long, but not long enough to weigh itself down. And seeing as I have 2 cowlicks and 3 crowns, my hair went very tufty and fluffy, my nan saw this and said that I looked like Tufty the Squirrel, who was a road safety squirrel in the 50's. That takes too long to say usually, so if someone asks me why I'm called Tufty, i'll usually say that it is because of my beard. I am usually a calm (or clam) person, but there are a few things that make me angry. Yeah, rest assured, I am not one of those teenagers that constantly complains about how crap my life is, because my life isn't crap and I'm not emo. Anyway, enough about me, How are you today? That's fantastic.

EDIT: I feel the need to expand on the "Religion" section on the left over there. I have put "Atheist" because it is the broad term that most definately covers me. However, alongside my strong atheistic beliefs, I am an Empiricist, and a Materialist. These are both aspects of Secular Humanism, which broadly means that I reject any supernatural or religious explanation as warrants of morality and decision making, or as an explanation of life, the universe and indeed, everything. Instead I believe in the power of humans themselves to choose the nature of their lives and influence the world around them. I believe everyone has the power to be good, or to be bad, and no one has any excuse for the choices they have made other than accepting responsibility and reaping the consequences as dealt by other humans, not karma, divine punishment or the invisible nymphs of justice. For better explanations, I have included links on the key words to wikipedia. Look them up, who knows, maybe you are these things too! In which case, we will get on just grand.
