OF TROST RECORDS, INTERSTELLAR RECORDS AND ROCK IS HELL IN SEPTEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!____________________________________________________________________________reviews: Allrohs Labelkollegen Tumido sind allerdings auch nicht zu verachten: Das Duo Gigi Gratt (Bass, Gitarre, Trompete) und Bernhard Breuer (Schlagzeug) aus Linz hämmert Bassläufe herunter, gegen die Jerichos Trompeten wie ein Ständchen klingen, und schafft es mit dem brillanten Auftakter "Chubasco", den Rezensenten an die legendäre Wave-Band This Heat zu erinnern. Luftige Trompeten, schwere Bässe, Prog-Rock und Industrial-Noise ergeben ein dichtes Geflecht aus stilistischen Bezügen, die jedoch nie allzu dick aufgetragen als Zitat im Raum stehen bleiben.
Das Cover, Gemäldemotiv einer barocken Orgie, macht klar: Post rock is the new barock. Hier darf geschwelgt werden, hier kann man sich (auch als bloßer Hörer) verausgaben. Und wenn schließlich Free-Form-Improvisationen mit Hardcore-Anklängen von einem Chor aufgegriffen werden, der wie eine burleske Parodie auf Thee Silver Mt. Zion klingt, ist der Höhepunkt des Zitat-Zitat-Pop erreicht, der allerdings gut funktioniert, da das Zitierte als Referenz völlig von der Dichte und dem Ideenreichtum dieser Musik absorbiert, sozusagen in orgiastischer Form verspeist wird.(intro.de)
