A palavra Tuna, em português signfica: grupo de vagabundos, estudantes, outsiders, amantes do ócio, ligados em grupo musical e que organizam concertos em suas perambulações meio nômades (não tem nada a ver com atum, o peixe!!!). Dessa forma, o nome se encaixa plenamente na proposta da banda: fazer música e expressar que a vida pode abraçar mais que a vida proposta pelo mundo e seu modelo de eficiência-trabalho-rotulações-separações propõe... a vida é bem maior que isso. queremos ajudar a lembrar disso e a criar outra coisa.
