My name is Pierre-Luc, I'm 25. Tuned To You is a Hardcore / Punk record label ran out of my apartment in Saint Romuald, Quebec. Everything I do is solely fueled by an infinite love and passion for Hardcore / Punk and the DIY spirit. Her lyrics and the rhythm in her singing could explain it all. As much as Portishead has surely must been influenced at one point themselves by Bjork. So there's a link as you pointed out. That's what I'm guessing.
