depends on mood. I do love nature, travel... Like go seeing my family in Germany. And any moment spend with my son is precious time.
And I love cars. I'd like this to be my next one:
Music
"Where the Streets Have no Name" by U2, best song ever. Period. Not even a discussion. If you don't agree you are simply wrong. :)
Linkin Park, U2, Evanescence, Beethoven, Vivaldi, Mike Shinoda, Freddie Mercury, Rammstein, Santana, The Who, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Scorpions, Mike Oldfield, Pink Floyd, Eminem, Dire Straights, Meatloaf, Queen, Jim Steinman, INXS, Offspring, Jay-Z, Killers, Crystal Method, BT, Pavlov's Dog, Ultravox, Hans Zimmer, Ideal, No Doubt, Mark Knopfler, Ultravox, BB King, Isaac Hayes, Dough E Fresh, Limp Bizkit, Samba music, Reggae (Bob Marley all the way), as well as good Salsa music.
Movies
White Nights, Immortal Beloved, Aliens, T2, Crimson Tide, The Abyss, Resident Evil II, Above the Law, Phantom of the Opera etc.
Television
never really watch TV. In fact, I hate 98% of what plays on TV. When I do watch I like documentaries, science, discovery channel, Simpsons, concerts and some of Jay Leno's stuff.
Books
The never ending story; Momo; The firm; Principia, Harry Potter, Websters 3rd Unabridged, Worldbook Encyclopedia. www.onelook.com, The Eagle Has Landed, The Client, The Spartan, currently reading ALWAYS RUNNING and it's great.
Heroes
My mom, one of the most amazing women ever, who tirelessly spends her life helping others. Bono, Tom Cruise, Mike Shinoda and others who are highly talented and use their influence and wealth to help those in need. Men of Reason: Thomas Jefferson, LRH, Gandhi. Brilliant strategists: Von Clausewitz, Rommel, Steiner, Patton, Sun Tsu. People who fight for the freedom of their fellow men: Simon Wiesenthal, Von Stauffenberg, members of the Black Orchestra, Bonnhoefer. Genuises: Leonardo Da Vinci, Beethoven, Newton, Keppler, Planck.
About me: I am German by nature and by heart. But love SoCal, so got stuck here. I am also a computer geek but hate being inside all day and can't stand watching TV.
I am outraged by many social situations and like to do what I can about them. One of the organizations I work with is www.freetheslaves.net.
I was born and raised in the German town Stuttgart, the home of Mercedes, Porsche, Maybach (if you don't know what that is I can't help you either - Google is your only salvation), Boris Becker, Bosch, a stellar soccer team, 5 castles, my family :) and much more.
I have a beautiful wife and a wonderful son who is the greatest being in my life. His smile is worth a billion dollars.
Hey, we will find out if it's a boy/girl soon. I can't wait because I wanna shop. lol! I'm hoping for a girl, of course. One of each would be perfect! My little boy does the same with the pillows. It's SO funny. He makes the silliest faces. He's great with his animal sounds. It's fun watching him grow and learn. Well, I gotta go to work now. Fun. Talk soon!
Hey, yeah my little boy is amazing. He is so much fun and so sweet. He will be in 2 in 2 months. Which is just crazy. He's running, climbing, talking, getting into everything. It's fun to watch him. He will be a big brother soon, too. The little one is due in Feb. We aren't sure yet - what we are having. But we are excited! - Gia
