The STATIC RAIN FANS space	Mar 18 2009 4:26 PM <br />Static Rain is a 2 piece band from the beautiful Yorkshire town of Keighley. Band members Tony Garthwaite and Jacob Barlow formed the band in 2008, driven by a joint passion for both electronic music and retro synths. The music they produce can be described as electronic pop with catchy choruses and memorable riffs that are prominent in all of their songs, making them popular with a very wide audience. <br />Following their initial success on MySpace, Static Rain continues to build a solid fan base and a strong reputation as a live act. We'd just like you take out some time to check out our profile and read what we have to say. We have a song on our myspace called 'panderize'. It was recorded at Studio Q. Feedback is loved. We have a few date changes, so here is the list of gigs we have between here and August 22nd June with Resonate @ The Glebe 26th June Relaunch Night of The Black Valve Rock Bar 6th July @ Alsager Civic Hall 25th July @ The Undergroud with Belisha Gigs are a mixture of ticket and pay on the door, get in touch if you want tickets and we can sort them out.
