About TUNQ

Biography

The story begins in May,2004 when Es (Vocals) and Kidtis (Drumbs move to Scream Vocals) Forming For Contest in Bangkok Music Awards 2004. The couple come back to Chiang Mai and Joining them were Tle (Bass) Ize (Drumbs) and Rod (Guitar) knowing Kidtis from the University where in a ska punk band called ' I’LONE '. They Have one E.P. ("The Audition").

TUNQ was formed by the member of I’LONE. Joining him was Yim (Guitar) in Feb,2005. This line up existed while they played all of the popular Chiangmai Underground venues (GU CLUB), and while they showed in little concerts by Gu Club. During to be recording First Single ("So Close So Far") Rod decided that he would leave TUNQ. And then they recorded 1 singles (“Sun”). They joining Bibon (Guitar) to contest in GBOB Thailand Dec,2005 and recorded new 3 singles (“Black Water”, "Underwire", "Bungee Jump") in Jan, 2006 with TUNQ new Line Up. They Finished E.P. ("Underwire") in 2007.
