Tu RAAN began in January of 2003 when Jorge asked Cid to come jam with him and a drummer named Ben Hockensmith. We wrote about a dozen songs, and played about three shows, when Ben out of nowhere went to join the Navy. We soon hooked up with Dr. Fuzz and began to play many more shows around Columbus and a couple out of town shows. We wrote some more songs and recorded a three song single in 2004 called, "The Mother Fuckin' Single". After some artistic differences about which direction the band should go. We parted ways with Dr. Fuzz and after a couple months of searching, meet our drummer Jonny Walker (Josh the vocalist from Odious). We quickly wrote some new songs and started playing all over Ohio. In 2005 we took our new line up to the Capital City Studjoe to record our full length album "Business Giver". It was very well recieved all though we didn't make many copies. At the end of the summer of 2005 we lost our practice spot and haven't had a Tu RAAN practice since. We are all very busy with our other bands (
