Current mood: busy Category: Music I have been thinking about doing a Independent CD-Split with 6 or so unsigned bands from all over the world that are good musicians and would like to participate in making it happen. This would be a no profit deal with the final product to be given out at shows or sent out through the mail for free. I would do the cover art or have it done so all I would need is the 1 song you would like to have on the cd and each band will receive a CD with layout and band information or more copies on request. This would be a run of 50 CD's not including the bands complimentary CD given to each you guys. Im projecting the finish date as far as in hand to send out or give out by the middle of august or early september and maybe sooner. The CD will be done on a very low budget ( But with a high end look)but since I will do the burning, stamping and the art really the only cost will be the actual CD's and the paper for the inlay the cases and the postage to send out when requested. I will also run an additional 10 CD's to be sent out for review and to zines ect.... So its a really great deal for any band since I will do all the work and happy to do so. So any band interested please let me know and we will take it from there. I will say that I will screen all interested and unfortunately not everyone is going to be accepted so sorry in advance. If the response is really good we could include way more than 6 bands morelike 10 or 15.....Lets see. And most important this will be a DEATH METAL/GORE GRIND CD so no other music will be considered. The name of the split is still undecided but the art and the name will be brutally sick and disgusting so if interested lets talk. Ryan The Butchers Block
