After many years of wondering how sexually stimulating it would be to start a band, they did it! Turnaround Captain formed in 2004 in West Allis,WI....,after the split of a band Max and Mike were in. They started out like every band does and played 2 shows on the same date (Dakotah, who actually did win that baseball game we heard out of the "Box 'O Babies"?). They continued to gather momentum, until 2005 when they released their "self titled" 6 song "EP". They continued to lay the pipe, until Max decided to leave for college in Minneapolis. After countless conversations and a broke-down GMC, the rest of the band decided to move to Minneapolis. They were sure they would have the city on lock, but found that the legs of Minny were not as wide open as they thought they would be. After some rock-hard circumstantual struggle, the band got back to biz. They aquired a new rhythm section (Erik on drums, Jon on bass!!) and are writing new material to add to the collection of songs people love to split domes "wide open" and romance to.
When you see them on the street, don't hesitate to talk to them or even introduce them to your parents. Just don't call them up with that "You're my baby's daddy nonsense!

we absolutely love your band! so awsome. we would be honored to play another show with you sometime. We were the ones with the drum solo and we played with dingus (also amazingly funny/talanted band) at the toy box. is there any chance we could be blessed with the opportunity of rocking with you guys again?
Hey Guys, Glad to see your out and about! When are you going to get around to playing in Mpls again? Can't wait! What about another party before it snows? I was in the studio all night when you had the last one. That sucks, but I gotta eat. Later Mark
