DJ Lion a.k.a. The Turn Table Bandit. Born in Kingston,Jamaica, around early DanceHall Reggae. By the age of 8 he moved to Mount Vernon,NY where he learned about HipHop. By 1988 he moved to Atlanta,Ga. where he was introduced to Base Music. In 1993 he got his start on a local community Radio station as a co-host and then moved up to hosting his own show. On the 1's & 2's Dj Lion uses his knowledge of DanceHall reggae juggling, mixed with the hiphop styles of earlier Djs.
