* The year of 2009 will see a new look re-design of the Tursa site and the release of the Tursa/Kaparte compilation "With Friends Like These". The double CD features artists connected to the label either by the signing of blood sucking contracts or through insincere and transitory friendship. Some tracks have been uploaded for your edification.

* Tor Lundvall will have an album released by Tursa in 2009
"Ghost Years" is a retrospective which gathers together tracks from various compilations, vinyl-only releases plus some unreleased work. The music spans about a decade and focuses more on my vocal material, however there are a few instrumental pieces included as well. I was surprised at how well the tracks flow together to make a coherent ensemble, evolving from my earlier song-oriented compositions to the more ambient nature of my recent recordings.
* Susan Matthews will have a limited edition album release on Tursa in 2009.

* Sol Invictus have signed to PROPHECY PRODUCTIONS
* Tony Wakeford and Reeve Malka of tursa have an interview with Peter Web posted in the blogs section.
* The first release by the new look Orchestra Noir- The affordable Holmes EP has now been released and is available on the Portuguese label Extremocidente.

* The Killing Tide album has been released in limited edition via Portuguese label Extremocidente. The CD includes a new interpretation of "In a Silent Place" as well as concert recordings.

* Grey Force Wakeford the project of Nick Grey, Kris Force and Tony Wakeford has been released and available on Athanor.

* Non Omnis Moriar: Not All Of Me Will Die
Tony Wakeford has a solo CD, ’Not All Of Me Will Die’ released on the Israeli label The Eastern Front in May/June 2009. The CD commemorates the life, work, and death of the poet Zuzanna Ginczanka. Tony is aided on the recording by members of Orchestra Noir, Zunroyz and Sol Invictus.

* " In The Rain " has been re-released by Infinite fog Productions/Eternal Pride Productions. Its a limited edition of 300 copies. The CD also contains a live version of "Stay". This is the first official release of Sol Invictus in Russia.
