It's a little cabin, brim-filled with peculiar instruments and good references; toy synthesizers and russian string instruments, Beirut, Fog and Madlib. You can hear the nasal piano from the street, and if you look closer, through the window, you will see Henrik, naked, playing the bongos. It's a fantastic and eclectic collection of songs, and it's about time they'll be heard outside of Tvärvägen.

Tvärvägen is a one-man-orchestra, consisting of Henrik Öhberg. The debut album "Sånger från Tvärvägen was released in November 2008 by Knoppar and in USA by Branch Records in June 2009.
When not playing with himself, Henrik plays in the band Ironville and the duo Amok.

Just have to say that I love your album. It definitely reminds me of Fog's Ether Teeth (easily his best album, and this album almost feels like a nice sequel/cousin) mixed with Adem's Homesongs. It's a shame it's over all so quick though- no big giant Wallpaper, Sink Or Swim epics! Looking forward to more of your stuff!
