To save their home from foreclosure, two TV producers (Oscar and Brett) bet on races, plan a robbery, and consult with the mob. Framed through a behind the scenes look at community television, eight film school grads, a small time mob boss, and a full-time Muppet desperately try to save their home and their way of life by making "TV: the Movie".
Fusing documentary footage with fictional scenes, "TV: the Movie" invites its viewers on a deconstructive journey through reality and illusion. A participatory film that is funny and thought provoking in it's slippery content and honest style.
- WHAT THE CRITICS ARE SAYING -
"The film is done in a stunning, faux documentary style that will have your head spinning and keep you wondering what’s real and what isn’t."
- The Vocabulariast moviecynics.com (http://www.moviecynics.com/item/2066)
"The structure of the film also allows it to take a subtle dig at the accuracy – or otherwise – of more mainstream documentaries and, as a gentle satirist, I think that writer/director T. Anthony Moore could have a great future.

Hello all: I just got this mail and thought everyone should read it. Be careful Jeff Wynne has a stalker out there and they sound violent. --------------------- I just want to tell you that I have started a petition to boycott The Freak Out Show. Why do you continue to create the filth you are putting on television. You produce some of the naughtiest decadent TV shows ever created in the history of television. Who are these sinful people that help you create this stuff? And why are you putting them on television?
I am writing to President Obama asking that your show be banned from viewing anywhere in the United States. I am also writing a letter to the City Attorney to see if he can have these shows removed from local Public Access TV. I thought MTV and Comedy Central had pushed the moral limits of daytime TV until I watched people eat cuttlefish on your show. Surely there's something that can be done to spare us from this kind of sick behavior.
If you continue to make this type of material, I guarantee that it will be my mission in life to make you suffer. I already have 2 pages of signatures of people who feel the same with more wanting to sign every day. I hope you make the right choice or you will pay the price. The last thing we need is another mouth to feed in our ever growing prison population. You should get the death penalty for this TV show. Only Doctor Ruth Westheimer and Howie Mandel should be allowed to touch condoms on Television. Remember even Free Speech has a price to pay and I am on duty at the toll gate Sincerely Your Sworn Enemy POD Producers Of Decency
Felicia says, “It is more than just choosing what color of tennis shoes to wear with your prom dress or whether you love Elvis or not. It is about life’s choices. It is about choosing to sit on the sidelines or deciding to reach out and lend a hand.”
Felicia is one of our favorite on-camera personalities and has worked with Across the Canvas since our first season of Blank Surfaces. She has been a most valuable asset to all we do not only from in front of the cameras but behind them as well. With the brand new production facilities for Video Works of North Carolina’s Mount Airy Production Studio located in the heart of historical downtown Mount Airy you can look for more exciting things from this most versatile actor and model.
