Having kicked off the season with our trademark atmosphere and the incredible sounds of Santos Resiak and Matt Tolfrey, Twaddle brings another Leeds debut for the exprimental Greek techno whizz Ekkohaus
Over the last few years Ekkohaus has been releasing tracks on the some of the finest house and techno labels around such as Morris Audio, Cargo Edition, Safari electronique and 2020 Vision; we're sure his deep, jazzy and shuffling techno grooves will fit right in at twaddle. His live sets are rumoured to rival those of the great Guillaume and the Coutu Dumonts so this one is an absolute must-see live.

Twaddle:Where?What?Why?
Twaddle started out as an underground night located in the tiny basement of Dare Cafe in Headingley, Leeds. In spite of the frustrations of diners above, the night was an instant success, and as the music of its resident DJs married with the die-hard support of friends, clubbers and the general public, a unique party atmosphere was conceived.
Twaddle moved to the infamous 'black box' room at MyHouse, and created a unique fusion of innovative and intelligent artists with an unpretentious and intimate atmosphere.
The Twaddle bandwagon was rolling and with a hard core of raucous revellers on board, they picked up resident DJs of the calibre of Leftroom Records' Matt Tolfrey and Trimsound Records' founder Tom Ellis. These two have played along side an astute selection from the underground house and techno scenes from Audio Werner to Chris Duckenfield. This season's guests have included Kreon (Cecile, Robsoul), Lauhaus (Polder, Remote Area) and Detroit legend Daniel Bell, playing alongside monthly residents Christian Maiden, Neil McDermott and Brother Bull & Skipper.
The undoubted highlight of this third season came in the form of Montreal's funk phenomenon Guillaume & The Couto Dumonts, who prompted such demand that Twaddle had to relocate to the main room of MyHouse. The venue was transformed, and an unprecedented number of Twaddlers raised the roof, as well as Twaddle's reputation
With many more exciting performers already lined up for the start of their fourth season in September, Twaddle promises to deliver its irresistible combo of party vibes and top underground acts for years to come.
