Just a quick note to say that plans for Twang Rocks 2008 are well underway.
The guys from the previous Twang events have now teamed up with the aweseome Chillidog Promotions (whose team organised the Testbourne Rocks event in 2007) and Twang Rocks 2008 is looking to surpass all expectations.
Quick Question to all .... can you see the vids ? Seems like MySpace is doing some 'weird' stuff in that it's only displaying half the info !! ... or is my PC just bombing out ?!?! Rob.
well in the scene i come in running and theres like a massive rave and i turn around and start running again because the police are behing me and i run throught the crowd right on stage and you guys are playing a song (which i havnt picked yet) and everything stops and you say hey Chris wtf whats goin on and the lights come on and the police say Chris Dunlop your under arest and i say dont worry ill explain later and sprint off.
Then in anouther scene i come to your band practice... The rest is all cloudy atm cause i havnt even finished scripting part 1 at the moment so i will tell you the rest later all i need is atleast ummmm 15 lines from everyone atleast i think.
hey guys im in a band that would like to play. not sure if we are too late or what but we are a band from winchester and we have a demo that we can send to you through email and we have a gig on may 17th at an event called winfest at the winchester university . we are called valensi.
Well, we had a great day despite our chronic sleep exhaustion - it was a really good atmosphere and we met so many nice people! Always good to do a bit for charity too :)
We're really determined to come and play in the area again ASAP, so we'll keep you posted... thanks again for inviting us to come, sorry we had to head off, we just collapsed as soon as we got home!
No worrie :] I'm somehow going to get there, and not miss my boyfriend at 2... even if I finish work at 2. Delay the band before? Please?! Lol.. cheers anyways. xx
If only Unwritten Truth could play 2 sets later :'[ I promised my boyfriend I would be there.. and I can't get there. Devastated really. Considering another band has moved slots. :/ Is it being filmed? x
