About Me
Well my name is Antwan Byrd. I am 29 and full of life. God has been exeedingly great to me even when life seems unfair. I started sing in church when i was about 2 and fell head over heels in love with Jesus and His word at a very young age. I grew up under the teaching of my grandmother Apostle Ruth H. Byrd at the Deeper Truth Miracle Deliverence Church in Yonkers, NY. I also was a member and featured soloist for the multi award winning Lincoln High School Gospel Chior under the tutorage and direction of Cecilia T. Meyers. In college I was a member of the Alpha Omega Ministry of Belle Aire Baptist Church in Murfreesboro, TN. I learned a lot of what i know about true worship there. While in TN i started several vocal groups including Purpose, Omni, and most recently Life After Death. After truly ackowlegeing my call to ministry I received my lisencure through the Cornerstone Church Ministies in Smyrna when I faithully served under Pastor Derrek Purser. God connected me to several great men who tought me alot about being a man of God full of integrity and character. I have recently moved to Fairmont, NC to work with my grandmother at Deeper Truth Miracle Deliverence Center.
